Not today...
Not today...
Come on D- NOT TODAY!!
Get a hold of yourself...
I walked into the bathroom to find the seat up...
I thought _ _ _ _!!! I walked into the men's bathroom. No worries, I didn't. Who knew the cleaning people would leave the seat up. Who knew that I would have problems sleeping and take a sleeping pill...that didn't work until this morning. I don't even know how I got to work.
Scary, but true.
Today, at work, we have the official ribbon cutting ceremony. Utah Governor Gary Herbert and Senator Mike Lee are speaking.
But...
Today I have a heavy heart...
I just want to cry and go back to bed.
Is it the sleeping pills
Or...sigh...A mixture of things...
I spent yesterday afternoon with my BFF and her kids.
I can't believe how much I miss Sean.
Some days I can't even wrap my mind around the fact that he is really gone.
I hate this!!!
It hurts.
It would be so easy to hide away and try to forget...
but,
that is selfish and wrong.
Sigh...
I went to visit Sean at the cemetery for the first time since the funeral.
I felt so at peace.
Tracy is having a hard time deciding on a headstone. It makes it fill more real to her to have one. I can't even imagine...
At the cemetery, there was this lady and her son. They were following me around and she was on the phone. I thought it was weird. She REALLY, watched everything I did. Made me feel weird and a little mad. I even psyched her out and got in my car...She started walking back up the street with her 2 year old, but turned and looked at me...as if waiting for me to follow. WEIRD. I have thought about this, and I can't figure out what they were doing. I ended up getting back out and taking a picture to show Danny. I am excited to see the actual headstone, even though the rock marker is so cool.
Well...
Need to go to work now.

How to deal...
I found this post on Kind Over Matter
How to deal with setbacks even if you fail 1,000 times
Elbert Hubbard said "There is no failure except in no longer trying."
I am one of those people that say, try, try and try again because I know that eventually it will work.
Thomas Edison said “I have not failed; I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” If you were trying to invent the light bulb, would you have quit after the 100th or 1,000th time?
There will always be obstacles on the path to success. They will sometimes be some of the most horrible, gut-wrenching times of your life, but I really feel that it won’t kill you but make you stronger and help you to enjoy the success even more.
Why do you think that you often hear stories of lottery winners that have blown millions in a few short years? It’s because they did not have to work for it. There was no sweat involved so it meant that the millions held no value, which is why they did not spend their money wisely.
The path of our dreams is often harder. I know because you have put your whole heart into it, so there is no falling back on that old excuse that you never wanted it.
Remember, the path to what we want is harder, but sweeter in the end.
Paulo Coelho says in The Alchemist "The secret to life is to fall seven times and get up eight."
Here are my Top Ten Ways to get back on the horse and try again after falling off:
1. Don’t criticize yourself, instead assess what went wrong, and be objective
2. Write down again what your goal is. It’s important not to allow failure to make you lose sight of your goals
3. Describe in words how it will taste, feel, and smell to be living your dream. Include what you will be seeing
4. Phone your nearest and dearest friend and tell them that you need to go out for a night on the tiles. Trust me, sitting indoors and feeling like shit won’t help
5. Write a To Do list. In order to take action, you need to know what action to take
6. Do something different. When I have had a bad day, I like to wake up the next day at the crack of dawn when it’s quiet and calmly affirm to myself that everything is going to work out today!
7. Check all the details. The devil is in the details. Is there any detail of the plan that needs to be amended?
8. Educate yourself. Go down to the bookstore and get a book on your goal. It will help you with inspiration
9. Google is your friend. Sometimes we fail because we haven’t done enough research. Surf the net on your topic and get some tips and inspirations
10. Take a break. It’s good to get right back on the horse but sometimes in order to do better, you need fresh eyes. Take a break for a day and then come back refreshed. It will make all the difference.

Camping...Vintage Style
You have heard of Glamping, but have you seen the new way to camp?
People are taking old "vintage" trailers and making them more vintage. LOL
Visit
If you want to dive into this world of interesting trailers. They usually fix them up and sell them.

A little grown up?
This one reminds me of an old photo where they didn't smile. They look kind of mad.
McKenna did the editing on these pictures. I love them.
Kelly actually had the idea of what they would wear.

"The Holiday" Movie House Tour: Rosehill Cottage
This is a favorite of mine and Taisha's.
A Little Background:
The Holiday is a "romantic comedy".
Amanda (Cameron Diaz) and Iris (Kate Winslet)
swap houses for a holiday. Iris heads off to California to stay in
Amanda's huge, modern home, while Amanda takes a flight to Surrey in
England to stay in Iris's centuries-old, cottage. One of the first
glimpses we get of Iris's cottage is when Amanda stumbles across it
while looking for vacation spots online. Yep, it's adorable!
Now this is the ROSHILL COTTAGE in the movie.
Note: It was quickly made for the movie and then torn down :( I am so sad.
I love how cozy and quiet it is.
