The Climb...

We wanted to go up to the hot pots, but being Labor Day weekend, they were too crowded.

So...

We decided to hike the red rocks.

I am extremely afraid of heights, but I did it.

I some places were so steep, but because we know how to rock climb, kind of wish we had harnesses on, we could do it.

It was really pretty and I enjoyed spending time with Skyler, Taisha and Danny. The other two stayed at Grandma's to hang out with cousins.

I have faced many trials in my life. Every time I hear this song, it makes me stop feeling sorry for myself and remember that I am here to get stronger, not to have life easy and boring, although that seems like Heaven, will wait and keep climbing.

It is so hard, but just like climbing with my family. There are times you are stuck and want to give up and just get off, but if you have faith in God and yourself, you can find the next hand hold and pull yourself out of the hard situation. The relief may only be temporary, but it is what makes you stronger.

To overcome the challenge and it may take time to figure out what to do next, but HE is always there giving you 100%, so that you can move forward.
