Pumpkin Carving...
Danny helped Taisha and Skyler make their costumes. Taisha was having problems and ended up at Grandma Sommers' house to finish.
They turned out so cute! I am glad someone in my house can sew!
Mine is the S and Danny's is the Boo. He stole that from me. I was going to put a letter on each pumpkin to spell it out. Oh well.
It was fun. This year we got out the power tools to really create some art. LOL
Notice we didn't let any kiss use them.
Skyler's rough draft.
I was playing while deciding what to do with my pumpkin.

A Proud Sister I Am...
A am so proud of my sister... She graduated from Provo College in Dental Assisting!!!
Maybe now I can have pretty teeth!
She had high honors...the highest in the class mind you!
She was also asked to speak. It was amazing!
Alisha, McKenna, Desirae, Autumn, Auctober, Skyler, Danny and Taisha.
Some of my favorite people! :)
I love my sister...I don't know what I would do with out her.
My Daddy was so proud of her. I sure love that man and that girl!
My other family. The AAA's. (Triple A's)
Auctober was just fine until she saw her mommy. It was cry and scream after that.
Phew...I am glad I don't have that problem anymore!

Cabin Fun...
This is a great picture! I am grateful they gave me them. Thanks so much!
Desi, Waverly, and Alisha.
Waverly's family invited Alisha up to there cabin for UEA break October 20-22.
Alisha had such a good time. Waverly is such a good friend.
When Alisha was first diagnosed with ITP, they all had to write a letter to their heroes. Alisha's hero was her plebotomist, Andy. He was gentle and good with her.
Waverly's was Alisha because no one would talk to her then one day, Alisha invited her to sit with her at lunch and from then on, they were good friends. One day, Wave's wonderful mom came by and gave me the letter she wrote to her hero. I had no idea it was Alisha. She thought we would like to have a copy. I was so impressed that my child would see someone sad and invite them into there lives. She is a good example.
Wow...it has been four years now! This year, they are being punk fairies for Halloween. They even made the costumes together.

Comforts of Fall...
Although Virginia Creepers can be bothersome, I sure do enjoy their colors. they go to a light green, then yellow, orange and purple before turning red. It is amazing.
I planted the daisies in August and was surprised, not only that they lived,
but that they bloomed in October again.
Homegrown pumpkins. These are the only ones I got this year, but that is enough.
My yard in Fall.
I love to watch all the changes, but don't like how the days grow shorter. That and being cold, are fall's only pitfalls. :) Otherwise, it is so magical and cozy. I love to go on walks to see the amazing colors, the flowers that are still refusing to quit and the smell of fires in the air and to take pictures. Man...fall is the best!
